Ingredients (Pin Yin): Lian zi, Qian shi, Lian xu, Sha yuan zi, Duan mu li, Duan long gu
Ingredients: Nelumbo nucifera seed, Euryale ferox seed, Nelumbo nucifera stamen, Astragalus complanatus seed, Ostrea gigas shell-toasted, Os draconis mineral-toasted
Other Ingredients: Talcum, Activated carbon, Botanical wax
TCM Functions: Stabilizes the Kidney, Secures the Jing-essence, Astringes the Leakage of Fluids
Standard Dosage: 8 pills, 3 x per day
Clinical Dosage: Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In the initial phases, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the formula takes effect. May be used medium-term for a few weeks to a few months. Once the symptoms of this condition have been relieved, this formula should be discontinued and replaced with an appropriate constitutional formula.
